Quantum Information Scotland (QUISCO) is a network of researchers working on all aspects of quantum information science. Its aim is to promote a research community of physicists, computer scientists and mathematicians in Scotland, to encourage a dialogue amongst the diverse spectrum of disciplines and promote collaboration.

QUISCO Structure

QUISCO was founded by Elham Kashefi (Edinburgh), Daniel Oi (Strathclyde), Erika Andersson (Heriot-Watt), Simon Gay (Glasgow) and Natalia Korolkova (St Andrews) in 2008. Shahsank Virmani (Strathclyde) joined the management team in 2009. The student representative is Michael Merkl (St Andrews). Please use the institutional contact details for the time being.
